Sea Salt provides a modern open-plan ground floor with entertaining and living space, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen provides modern built-in appliances and patio doors lead out from the dining area to the hot tub and garden. There is also a ground-floor bathroom.

Upstairs are the four bedrooms and family bathroom with a corner bath and separate walk-in power shower.  There is an additional walk-in shower and toilet in the garage, great when you return from the beach and before using the hot tub. Laundry and washing facilities are provided in the garage where there is plenty of secure storage for bikes and surfboards.

There is a parking space for one vehicle.
